  • Leave Your Pickup Date at Checkout

    When you check out, you’ll see an “Order Notes” box. This is where you’ll tell us your preferred pickup date. Our products are made to order, so we’ll confirm the date once your order is placed.

  • Pick Up & Enjoy

    We’ll follow up with a confirmation email and pickup details. On your scheduled day, swing by and enjoy your cookies.

Our Cookies Have Personality

Baked in small batches and decorated by hand, our sugar cookies put flavor first - soft bite, buttery crumb, and just-sweet-enough icing. Because they’re handmade, each cookie has its own little personality and may not look exactly like the next. That’s part of the charm (and the yum).

Where to find us:

We’re a made-to-order online bakery, no storefront (yet!). All pickups happen at our shared kitchen, Batches Bakehouse in Pittsburgh, PA.

Because the kitchen isn’t staffed at all times, we can’t accommodate walk-ins—please schedule pickup through your order confirmation.

Once your order is approved and your deposit is received, we’ll send the exact pickup address, time window, and a quick how-to for smooth handoff.
